Terms and Conditions

  1. General

1.1. These Sales Conditions govern the sale of products ("Products") by 1Skirt1Top LLC ("Seller") to you ("Customer"). By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Sales Conditions.

  1. Pricing and Payment

2.1. All prices listed on our website are in USD “US Dollars” and exclude applicable taxes, customs duties, and shipping charges.

2.2. Payment for Products and any applicable taxes, and shipping charges must be made in full at the time of placing the order.

2.3. Payment for customs duties and any applicable taxes must be made in full upon reception of the order.

2.4. The Seller reserves the right to change prices for Products at any time without prior notice. However, such changes will not affect orders already placed by the Customer.

  1. Orders and Shipping

3.1. Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at the time of checkout. The Customer is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country.

3.2. The Seller will make reasonable efforts to ship Products within 5 working days. However, delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

  1. Returns and Refunds Policy

4.1. The Seller accepts returns of Products within 14 days of receipt by the Customer. The Product must be unused, in the same condition that the Customer received it, and in the original packaging.

4.2. To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service team for instructions. The Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on the part of the Seller.

4.3. Returns are subject to inspection by the Seller. If the returned Product is deemed to be in unsatisfactory condition, the Seller reserves the right to refuse the return or assess a restocking fee.

4.4. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 7 days of receiving the returned Product, minus any applicable restocking fees or shipping costs.

  1. Limitation of Liability

5.1. The Seller shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the Products.

5.2. In no event shall the total liability of the Seller exceed the purchase price of the Products giving rise to the claim.

  1. Governing Law

6.1. These Sales Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France, without regard to its conflicts of law principles.

6.2. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Sales Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of France.
